Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Agreement of contracts according to the company's Regulations, execution of the Approval Sheet, collection of signatures, internal document management;
• Execution of powers of attorney, registration of Orders on the main activity, archive management;
• Providing legal support to business in Russia;
• Ensuring business in Russia comply with the local legislation;
• Supporting and providing general legal advice in the areas civil law, including Antitrust (Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" No. 135-FL), Commercial (Federal Law No. 381-FL "On the Fundamentals of State Regulation of Trading Activities in the Russian Federation"), Consumer Protection legislation (The Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 "On Consumer Rights Protection");
• Supporting for all contractual activities;
• Evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions, mitigating risks;
• Interacting with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, notary, etc.), control of payment of bills;
• Responses to audit requests.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law;
• Min. 3 years of proven experience as a Lawyer within international business environment;
• Fundamental professional knowledge;
• Ability to achieve business objectives by delivering professional legal advice;
• Analytical, negotiation, collaboration skills;
• Intermediate English.
